Oftentimes what we want and need in life are not consistent, and it is true for real estate as well. I have personally experienced it. Traffic conditions, the distance to school/work and the neighborhood where the house is located are integral parts of the decision making. What may become an overwhelming experience can become enjoyable as long as we can merge the “want” and the “need” by understanding your future plans.

It is important to know whether you are sending them to a private school or public school. Once you know the direction you are going with, it becomes easier to focus on the various neighborhoods.
